I'm not sure which services I need. Where should I start?

It's completely normal to feel unsure.

I offer a brand and content audit where I review your website, visuals, messaging, and customer experience. You'll received clear recommendations on what will make the biggest impact, whether that's a refresh, a full rebuild, or strategic content support.

How long does a brand audit take, and what's included?

Most audits take 1 - 2 weeks, depending on depth. I review your: visual identity, website and user experience, social presence, customer journey, competitors and positioning.

Afterwards, I can support you with strategy, content, website updates, or a full rebrand if needed.

Can you update my existing website instead of building a new one?

Absolutely!

I'll assess your current site and recommend whether updates will give you the best results. All websites I build are easy for you to edit, and I include a handover session so you feel confidence making changes.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes! I offer monthly retainers for continued growth, content, and updates. If you'd like to explore these, just get in touch and I'll send over the options.

Do I pay upfront or is there a deposit?

For project-based work (like website builds):

- 50% upfront

- 25% halfway

- 25% before handover

For monthly retainers:

- Billed in full on an agreed date each month

Do I need to provide the content and images?

It's completely up to you. You can provide your own content, or I can create copy and imagery as an add-on service.

Will you write in my brand voice?

Always!

Every piece of copy is written to reflect your personality, value, and tone, so your message feels authentic and consistent.

Which platforms do you work with?

I've worked with Shopify since 2020 and have lots of experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, and Mailchimp for email marketing, along with Meta.
