It's always great to ask questions, even if yuou think they sound silly because, I can guarantee you, they aren't. I'm not sure which services I need. What should I do?

It's difficult to pin-point exactly what you're looking for until someone else shows you. I offer a brand and content audit, assessing your website and marketing to find suggestions for improvement.

How long does a brand audit take, and what does it involve?

Most audits take around 1 - 2 weeks depending on depth. Within this, I will review your visual identity, website, social presence and customer experience. I will also audit your competitors, understanding your competitive space essential for positioning.

After your audit, I can support you with marketing strategy, content, website updates and re-design, and branding if this is something you would like.

Can you update my existing website instead of building a new one?

Of course! I can audit your current website and recommend whether updates or a full rebuild will give you the best results. The main aim is to give you the best outcome possible to connect with your custmers.

I also build user-friendly websites so you can edit it yourself anytime you wish to. To ensure you feel happy and confident, I provide a handover session to talk you through it.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes I do. I offer monthly retainers to help with continuous growth. I'm just an email away!

Do I pay upfront or is there a deposit?

I offer two billing methods. Monthly retainers are billed in full on an agreed date each month.

For project packages like website rebuilds, payments are split: 50% upfront, 25% at the halfway point, and the final 25% before handover.

Do I need to provide the content and images?

It's completely your choice - you can provide your own, or I can create copy and imagery as an add-on service.

Do you write in my brand voice?

Of course. Every brand I create copy for is written to match your personality and ensures your message is shown.

Which platforms are you most familiar with?

I have years of experience using Klaviyo, Omnisend and Mailchimp in email marketing. I also have worked with Shopify since 2019, designing websites and creating emails.
