I'm Alice, brand designer and website creator behind Alicia Media. I help business owners build brands that feel like them and websites that feel calm, clear and intentional.

My work blends creativity with strategy, so your brand doesn't just look good - it feels aligned, confident and ready for the next chapter of your business.

How I got here

Every chapter shaped the way I work today

  • I studied Business and Marketing at University, followed by a Master's in Marketing with Luxury Brands. This is where I learned how strategy and creativity work together to build brands that feel intentional, not accidental.
  • I joined a marketing agency working across Shopify, Meta, email and more. I supported over 40 brands, from clothing and pet care to niche film merchandise, and discovered how much I loved digital design and online experience.
  • I moved into retail and wholesale jewellery, eventually becoming Marketing & Operations Manager. I learned the 'behind-the-scenes' side of business - VAT, profit, operations and growth - and was named one of Retail Jeweller's 30 Under 30s in 2024.
  • Alicia Media is where everything comes together: design, marketing and real-world business experience, all focused on helping founders build brands that feel like them.

A little more about me

Outside of design, I'm someone who finds inspiration in the small things: a quiet moment with a cup of tea, a weekend watching Formula 1, or planning my next trip. I'm learning Lithuanian (slightly random, I know), love exploring new places, and say yes to challenges that push me out of my comfort zone, like climbing Snowdon in 2024.

Those pieces of who I am shape the way I design: thoughtful, curious, intentional and full of heart.
